Children’s photo shoot at Coton Manor

October 5, 2018

I can’t imagine a sweeter little girl to photograph than Romilly! She was shy of the camera at first but soon came out of her shell as we explored and played together. I’m not sure who had the most fun? Her or me?

Coton Manor is a chocolate box cottage (in Northamptonshire) with gorgeous gardens. It’s great for all ages with something for everyone. Knowing the gardens would be in full flower at the time of the shoot, Romilly’s Mum picked out a cute floral sundress for her which attracted lots of compliments from passers by so Romilly felt very special with all the attention and her own personal photographer!

It was a super afternoon of sunshine and adventure; peeking through keyholes, chasing ducks, sitting on a tree stump to read, running through wildflowers and standing on one leg like the flamingos.

I had a ball capturing Romilly’s joy and wonder at the stunning scenery and surroundings. And Romilly went home with lots of stories to tell her Dad. Not really like a photo shoot at all!

Coton Manor works wonderfully well if you’re looking to capture natural photos while you, your children or family explore and have a fun time together. Give me a shout if you fancy planning a portrait photo shoot of your own there!
