Eliza Jane Howell Bridal Fashion

Do you like stylish and stunning wedding dresses? Err? Of course, you do!
Well, keep scrolling, lovely. Because these dresses are a sight to behold!
This shoot was commissioned and produced by Silverlinings Wedding Guide for the front cover and fashion feature of their latest magazine. (You can see the cover here.)
The magazine was published in early 2020 so it was fun to throw things back to 1920 with a Downton Abbey inspired shoot. The dresses are from Eliza Jane Howell’s ‘Roaring Twenties’ collection and they looked right at home in the historic setting of Holdenby House in Northamptonshire.
I was, and still am, in awe of these dresses. You really need to see them close-up to appreciate the intricate detail. I’ve spent more time than a recovering perfectionist should have spent trying to think of a suitable superlative to describe EJH’s dresses … feminine, unusual, enchanting and understated flamboyance (yes, a contradictory combination but oh so apt) came to mind.
I’ll leave you to scroll through the photos at this point because these dresses most certainly do all the talking.
