Ties have migrated north to heads. Jimmy Choos have been abandoned for the sweet relief of flip flops. You’ve just pulled off the epic finale to your first dance … and bam! Your guests stampede the dance floor in 0.043 seconds like eager shoppers at the Selfridges sale.
Yes, it gets messy. No, it’s not pretty. But that’s what makes it special!
The imperfection is a joy; a wholly accurate unbridled reflection of who your family and friends really are. Nowhere do people’s personalities shine brighter than when they let their hair down on the dance floor! Which makes for some of the most fun, characterful, and emotive photos of the day.
So I’ll stay up way past my bedtime to capture:
• Grandpa’s moonwalk making family history
• Uni friends reminiscing as they toast marshmallows around the firepit
• Loved ones linking arms to proudly sing ‘We Are Family’ with all their hearts
• Cousin Tom owning the mic with an epic rendition of ‘Let Meee-eee En-ter-tain You’
• Aunties downing limoncello shots without a care in the the world for the morning after
And trust me, after a few homemade raspberry gins, even the most camera-conscious wallflower will be begging me to take their photo.
Because the day doesn’t end with your first dance, it’s just getting started
Your carefree wild party days are a side of you that future generations won’t ever witness. So when you’re the oldies, the young ones will need photographic proof that you could indeed raise the roof. #replacementhipsdontlie ♫

Your first dance isn’t a chequered flag, it’s “lights out and away we go!”. It’s a large and action-packed chunk of your day - but it goes by in such a blur it’s hard to even take in all those crazy shenanigans, let alone remember everything. So it’s just as worth capturing these memories as the rest.
02.
Your evening celebration is unlike any other part of the day. Everyone will have been on their best behaviour - but as the lights go down and the music goes up, the day rapidly descends from demure to disorderly! Age means nothing. You’re hugged three-people deep. And you’ll be in no doubt how loved you are when Granny says goodbye.

“Our dads ended up having a dad dance-off which kind of just happened. We didn’t appreciate what was even happening at the time but Sarah caught these fantastic things. That's something really special.”
♫ I got you babe
By all means - but deciding sooner rather than later means I guarantee my availability. If you wait, I might take another booking the next day and need to travel the night before which means I couldn’t stay later. But it’s not an outright no if you decide at the last minute and I’m not free - because one of my talented team may be available. Either way, ideally, it’s best to let me know a month before your wedding so I can put plans into place.
Yes - because micro breaks, coconut water, and jelly babies! No matter how long your wedding day is, I’m careful about managing my energy so I can give you consistently great photos from start to finish, whatever the hours might be. And quite honestly, when I have a camera in my hand and some banging tunes to work to, I could ♫ rock work around the clock!
Quite possibly! If you have an evening of board games, custom cocktails, and pizza, accompanied by an acoustic duo then yes, there’s plenty to capture. But if your plans are simpler and your wedding smaller, then you might not get anything vastly different than I’ll capture earlier in the day during your drinks reception. So it all depends. Please share your plans with me and I’ll give you a more helpful answer.
It depends on the DJ. The best DJs can create an atmosphere and build energy to get your guests going on the dancefloor just as well as a live band. But as with anything, they’re not all made equal.
As long as there are people, there are things happening and there’ll be photos to take. Maybe it’ll be a warm summer’s evening and your guests will gravitate outside or perhaps everyone will be drawn to cosy chats and toasting marshmallows around the fire pits. Whatever happens, I’ll document it.
Sure! It’s £125 for every extra hour (bookable in whole hours only).
